This whole thing becomes very simple if you just do one thing....observe the observer...but this is the hardest thing for people to actually sit down and do on a frequent and consistant basis...
Observe what is observing...and then observe what is observing the observing....keep Going until you get to the dead end...and then stay at that dead end as much as possible...sit there....reside there....and all questions become answered or moot....this one simple thing is all you have to do....everything else is window dressing that makes doing this one thing easier.

Hmmm... Moot: Subject to or open for discussion or debate; debatable. To debate or discuss. To propose or bring up for discussion or debate. To make so hypothetical as to deprive of significance, make academic or theoretical.

What's up brother? I'm digging the low profile. Now instead of seeing what you say, I get to imagine what you might say. That "imagining" stuff is quite fun, 'cuz its obviously based on nothing, 'cept memories of past events, a regurgitation of words, and with my spin on it. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) not sure if this is good or bad (hehe), but my seriousness is fading. just hanging around. watching, but not waiting. don't know how to be accident prone. don't care. just living. without a bunch of thoughts getting in my way. When and if I'm needed and can be helpful I'm here.... Just living ....is good...practice forgiveness and compasion and Care Fullness with your family....and give love...the more you give the more you get...give love, forgiveness, and compassion like a stick of insence gives off it's scent, you don't always have to DO something to give love, just exude it like a stick of insence....just let care love and compassion flow peacefully from your stillness...give it ALL out freely and without limit brother....and be a good shepard and example of loving careing compassion for your family... Much love to you and yours brother. Ps....flowers and conversation with your wife about things she cares about are good too lol This dream will all be over sooo soon, it can be over in a blink of the eye..cherish it and honor it while you still can and especially cherish and honor your family.

Observe the observer with care, love, and tranquility... Observation, yes, an immensely powerful technique for putting things in perspective, I have observed...

Observe the observer with care, love, and tranquility... If you think you are observing with these qualities, are you really observing. If you are really observing, care, love, and tranquility are all observed. In other words, they are getting in the way of true observing. ![::)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/eyesroll.png)

Perhaps it would be better to say: wrap yourself in a cocoon of care, love, and tranquility. Inside the cocoon, observe the observer.
