Whiteshaman I follow the way of the Lakota and have for many years. I am just another stupid white man, but I have gone to the central alters and gotten permission to do what I do for people. Frank Fools Crow said that we had to become the hollow bone. It just means getting out of the way all that blocks conscious contact, and power that makes change in this world. Hatreds, resentments, and the biggest is our fears. And most of those are hidden from us. Cool...........I appreciate the response. Nice to meet you.

Hi ishtahota...my name here is WhiteShaman. I chose that name because I have developed conscious contact and have had many experiences supporting what you are sharing here. I have met a WhiteShaman while journeying. A WhiteShaman is like a Buddhist native American. Something I relate to. The work you speak of, as I have found, is establishing a relationship. All relationships require work. It is a pleasure to hear you speak of such things at this particular time for me as I had convinced myself to discard all of the experiences I have had. No more though, and it feels good to come full circle. I just wanted to say that and to say hello. I would appreciate hearing from you the work you feel is needed. As far as mushrooms go and the likes of such comments, I have found that there are things that help the mind become free of its limitations. For me it is the sound of a Shamanic drum and for many of the ancestors it was plants and mushrooms. Blessings, WhiteShaman If you're WhiteShaman resurrected, let me see the scars in your palms and the wound in your side! Welcome back to the land of the lost. lol.............good to hear your forum voice again. I'm just here, initially, because Silver emailed me that an old friend, Sound, had posted on something I wrote a while back. Then I saw some other old friends and some interesting new ones. I hope all is well with you and I thank you for taking the time to say hello. Blessings

Hey Top, by the way, I owe you an apology. Where you wanted a listening ear, I gave you all but. Sorry. James
