I can somehow see the apparent things happening, but at the same time feel that there is really nothing, there is just some kind of boundless field in which things are taking place. And they are impermanent because everything changes. This goes very well with your hologram analogy SM. The field is the light, and that is the thing that is pointed to always. That vibrant nothing somehow creates the apparentness, the physical, the energy.
It is like there are layers. At the bottom layer there is absolutely no-thing and no progress. But further up in the hologram things start to split up and is able to interact, and then we have this and that, before and after, and progress.
But to feel the bottom layer, you have to go pretty deep, no understanding otherwise, and I can't really linger there..
Wow these things feel really paradoxical.

When I'm in the now, I don't see processes or peaking or courting... lol
I see those things as just ideas or thoughts, time based and inherently changing.
And I see the mind squirming to get out of the now, where it can't function.
I have a bodily feeling about the now, bliss like, something I don't get from thoughts.
In this feeling of 'AM'ness, thoughts become intruders, thieves in disguise of holy saviours, constantly coercing the awareness back to their dark side of separation, pain and suffering.
But I'm seeing a different world in this moment and it is enough.
The pulsation of my conditioning will eventually overcome this temporary retreat, but for now I'll rest in wholeness and happiness...
For me, I'll take this now moment over awakening any day... LOL

Don't trust the mind, trust the body as the body is far more in touch with the actual.

Indeed very accurate More then a few times I felt that I had been a bit too curious. But then it was always too late. It's kind of a running joke between Marie and I. When I say something that pushes at her boundaries a bit too much she'll say ".......Okay, at this time I'd like to call for a moment of silence." Hehe.
