Tell us about the website link. You are trying to avoid negative backlash. What do you mean by trying to avoid negative backlash? From my site visitors or from those on this forum? I've got an article in the works right now with a link to a recent conversation here on ST that I'll be posting asap. So, I am actually purposefully directing my site visitors to read what I've written here. I deleted links to my site a ways back, from many other sites as google suddenly started penalizing websites for supposed 'unnatural' links and links it did not deem relevant. I never received much traffic from the link here anyway. What's wrong Reefs..... Are you missing your time on my site? ;D So you've already had your negative backlash. |

Oh dear ... how unpredictable your response. There was actually quite a time lag between my decision to leave the forum and the whole business with B. If he'd been the reason for my leaving, surely I would have done it when he told me I'd benefit from a good beating? My leaving was really no mystery..... a loss of interest in what I was doing here for sure, but more important than that, other things calling to me and an understanding that in deleting my account, I was honoring my commitment to those other things. I popped in a few time to read, but without an actual account, there was no danger of getting embroiled in an interesting discussion and losing half a day of work time. That's your negative backlash again. |

I don't believe I actually did a whole lot of bellyaching about B. But, Feel free to offer up a post or two that proves me wrong.  I will say that I did not necessarily enjoy his continual posting of 'snake' but it wasn't really that big of a deal....I pretty much let it go up to the point where I asked him to please stop. What DID impact me, was when he told me I'd do well to have the everlasting crap beaten out of me. There were a myriad of feelings and thoughts that arose with that one and it was actually in the end, quite illuminating. Illuminating but without real consequences as we see now. Nothing changed. You will never change. You are lost in your unicorn spirituality. All you can do is talk talk talk talk talk and when your contradictions are catching up, you do the chicken run. That's your destiny. Hmm...you mention my 'destiny' in this post, and a few posts back, 'my fate.' Seems you see my plight already perty much carved in stone then ...? What's the purpose of berating me and rubbing my nose in it, if it's a foregone conclusion and there's nothing I can do about it? I'd think you might have a little more compassion for someone whose 'destiny' is already sealed and that destiny includes such things as endless talk, unicorn spirituality and chicken runs...?  |
