No. I felt like there was an opportunity to bring up the contrast between mind and no-mind. So.......It's another way of saying you're making an attempt to play up the 'good' stuff about believing one has no mind - trying to contrast - frame, if you will - the great thing about 'having no mind' vs. believing you have a mind. No, that's not what I am saying at all. The best tool for becoming self-aware is in the contrast between presence and absence. To see what the mind is obsessed with or what its disposition is, compare it with the still-mind.

No, that's not what I am saying at all. The best tool for becoming self-aware is in the contrast between presence and absence. To see what the mind is obsessed with or what its disposition is, compare it with the still-mind. See, I don't believe I've been doing so bad tonight. I know my mind relatively well, I don't see my mind as obsessed with what its 'disposition is' whatever that means - I have a fair idea of what that means.....and believe it or not, I am determined to become more still-minded and I have already. And I know it's not about self-improvement but if it happens to come along for the ride - great! It is about communing with the universe, this I realize.

I know my mind relatively well, [...] What is it that knows your mind relatively well?

Having a villain seems to be part of the human psyche. The doers of good need someone to be doers of evil. I think you're stuck, B. You don't know because you are not involved in this 'process' - this dynamic. Once you start saying things like that, Top, it takes on a life of its very own. I don't think it's appropriate or helpful to say stuff like that. Stuck? Where am I stuck? I'm only making a casual observation. I see no 'process' here, except, perhaps, the process of people ganging up on someone.

I know my mind relatively well, [...] What is it that knows your mind relatively well? It isn't a 'What'>>>As you probably well know, the I is that 'spook' inside of us that we're really meaning to refer to when talking about 'ourselves' - which seems kinda silly. The I - the essence - the aware thingy.

Does that mmmkay mean you approve? Approval's got nothing to do with anything.

Does that mmmkay mean you approve? Approval's got nothing to do with anything. I mean, do you believe my answer is accurate? in your estimation? We're supposed to post stuff we wanna talk about - an exchange of ideas? With all the one-word or one-syllable answers and roll-eye emoticons, around here, it's very hard to have what has been known in the past to be called a discussion. I really miss them.

My mistake. What question did I ask of you? Edit: okay, for future reference, I guess I'm going to have suggest that everyone ask themselves the questions I am asking them.

Why are you asking me these questions? It's yourself you should be looking at. Ask yourself the questions. You started with the questions, B. I thought you were interested in a discussion. My mistake. All discussions here stop being discussions almost immediately and continue either as a squabble or an idle talking. As there is actually nothing to discuss for those who have run out of any valid ideas long ago, they are exercising in sarcasms (which smoothly turn into bullying if mods allow), or are borrowing energy by means of other tricks. Now we have a new idea : all delusions are the cause of hatefulness. And people here are first called deluded right and left, - and then labeled hateful. Those people have had no idea before that they are deluded, and hateful, don't feel any hatred, but on this forum they were explained by Enima that they are deluded, - and therefore - hateful. This is how he destroys beliefs and sees beyond beliefs. So, "hatefulness" is being artificially grown at full swing - in spite of the fact that there are no "haters" here who feel it. But it doesn't matter for Enigma. He keeps on. If there is no hatefulness he will imagine it. Otherwise it will be too boring to continue his idle talking about fabricated theories (he's been exhausted , idle talking about nothing in 26,000 posts! Needs to be energized with the idea about "haters"). Wake up from your dreams, Enigma! There are no haters! Maybe it is you who is a hater ? Because: 1. You are obviously deluded. 2. You started seeing hatefulness around any corner.
