While it may be the case that the source of problems/struggle is the mind, it is also true that the body and mind are one system (i.e. not separate). What does mind look like? Thats kind of an odd question as it kind of assumes a....physical appearance. |

I didn't say I was cleansing, just looking into it as displaying some symptoms, it's apparently very common due to all the anti- biotics we've taken. Was reading up on it today, then Andrew wrote about it thought that was pretty coincidental. |

Noticing that nothing works, is what works. You see I know all that but it just isn't sinking in how My Mind would like. I'm ok once I've read a bit of Adya, listened to a bit of Mooji, read some Enigma/Silence posts and worked on a bit of ZDs ATA, for a while...then whoosh it's as though everything is exactly the same and leaves me feeling like 'I can't even GET this'...yet I know there's nothing to get. But is there the willingness to lose? |
