To clear this horseshit up, what Compassionate Person quoted me as saying was not something I said, but it was also true. So stop douching around, because I had a serious question and I'm interested in how other people see this.
This was the text in question, and after re-reading it Andrew's response seems accurate. I suppose I just have too many ideas of what the word mind means, mostly relating to imagination. It just strikes me as strange that the word Mind would be used in this context to explain the _____ness that is everything.

So in some thread a while back, one of the newer people here posted something that basically amounted to everything is imagination, including the senses. I'm not sure who said it or what the context was, but I'm interested to know how such a conclusion was reached--not that I doubt or agree with it. If I taste chocolate, how is that my imagination? And I don't mean the idea of chocolate, I mean *Bites Hershey's bar.* Well, I looked to my left, I looked to my right. I looked up, down, behind me and straight ahead. I even looked under my desk. Sorry dude ... just couldn't find a single fu.cking whiff, whisper or rumor of a f.ucking hint of a requirement for a f#cking theory for: The last bit was more for the people that might (or might not) try and come say something like, "You're just stuck to the idea of chocolate!" If that's not you, disregard it.

Hi Mamza, I wrote the quote in question, if you have any specific questions about it, I'm happy to answer them.

And I don't mean the idea of chocolate, I mean *Bites Hershey's bar.* I didn't use the word Imagination, but the word Mind , and Imagination, are pretty interchangeable in that post. EVERYTHING is Mind/Imagination, including the Sensate experience of biting into the chocolate bar, and your perception, or lack thereof of _______ness. Imagining biting a chocolate bar, and "really" biting a chocolate bar, are really no different in Mind....except that in your perception of the latter instance you may add more visceralness to what your Mind is creating, or imagining. do an investigation and see... ' close your eyes an touch something, then imedietly afterwards imagine that you touch it again,,,, while keeping the eyes closed, keep going back and forth from imagining that you are tapping something with your finger tip, and "actually" tapping something with your fingertip....do it in semi rapid succession, and pretty quickly into it you will be able to create the sensation in your imagination just as viscerally as you do in "actuallity"....and if you look at how both sensations appear in Mind, they are exactly the same....sensory sensations appear in Mind the exact same way as other thoughts, or imaginings do. No experience or understanding can occur outside of Mind. Everything is Mind, including "Conciousness", which is also an experience, or "imagination" of Mind Even your Awareness of Self, or you own Beingness, is Mind being Aware of itself. It is also of note, that your Mind is not capable of existing absent a Body, and the body is not capable of existing outside of a set of sensory perception of Mind. The Mind cannot exist without a "physical" world, and the "physical" world is a Mind occurance. Physical sensation can occur absent a body, but a sensory body cannot occur absent of Mind.

It just strikes me as strange that the word Mind would be used in this context to explain the _____ness that is everything. The quote is correct. All _____ness is mind. ZD taught you to pay attention, but if you want to understand why all ____ness is imagination then you have to ask yourself what state you are in just before you become attentive. The state before the triggering of attention is the poorest, most stupid and dull state available in waking life, and it is the most effortless, it is the state available to absolutely everyone.

I am that A sense of self (or sense of existence) is available only once attention is triggerd. Before attention arrives there is no sense of self. This is why even "I am that" is imagined.
