It's clear how careless you are Michael.
How would you actually know whether your mind was attached to the idea of sleeping?

I believe that it cause by the minimal self, or a biological reference could be the circadian rhythm, via the pineal gland.

Dude, what are you talking about? None of this kundilini stuff has anything to do with waking up. Maybe it's incidental to awakening at best.

That would depend on your perspective.
Nothing contains everything, as everything contains nothing.
There are different conclusions that sound the same to an untrained eye.

It's all stuff man. More concepts, layers of BS.
Awakening is about finding Truth, not energy work.
Besides, on a relative level, there is probably a real danger messing with this stuff if you're untrained. I've read many teachers who talk about how the body seems to have built in mechanisms that "protect" it from this enlightenment stuff before it is ready. You're basically advisng people to short circuit those defense mechanisms.

Yes, there is a danger; a potentially life threatening one.

Yes, there is a danger; a potentially life threatening one. No such thing, life has no threat as life always is never born nor dies. If you think you can die then you are in deep illusion there is no such thing as death since there is no personal you to start with hence no you to die. Michael

Most of the people in the world would say that many posters here are already crazy talking such stuff like you don't exist and such. So you loose your mind one way or another. Nothing can ever threaten the real you, the eternal you have better luck trying to nail jello to a wall. Michael

Regardless of whether or not there's a personal you, having this particular body die could REALLY suck.

Regardless of whether or not there's a personal you, having this particular body die could REALLY suck. You really know for certain that you have a body there? That the body you have is different than the one you have when you dream at night. You feel there is a difference here? I am being serious. What sucks is the idea that you die and loose your individuality that is what scares you. There will be no more me. There never was a me Michael
