...when watching the clouds, on a sunny day, that they seem to float by against the stillness of the silent earth and sky?
And yet, from the clouds perspective, they are the still, silent ones and the world is floating by them.

yES! The clouds are the thoughts and from the thought perspective everything revolves around them.
