I really hope that things work out OK. Ian may never be the Ian that you knew again but your understanding of non dualism will help you with that. I have a brother who is severely handicapped. His name is Ian too. He isn't the same as he was before his illness but he's great to be around. I'm sure your Ian whether he comes through this as you remember him or not will bring a lot of joy and happiness. There's beauty in everything and everyone and whatever Ian is will be beautiful!

remember loving is a changeless energy when the mind is in even in angst and challenge, soul is flying.... I keep looking for Ian inside in the innerlands.... when he is ready he will reveal where he is headed next ..... yet since day one since the accident he seems present here on these pages. Mayhap that is because we pull him into heart centre each time and then FEEL EACHOTHER THERE.... I dont really know thinking is a trap but since working at this site FEELING IS VERY HEALING IN THIS NOW... mind is taking a backseat, per se....teehee mind makes me laught a lot. In africque du suid we have a sa has got talent show all our people with any creative juice, my my my I have never laughed somuch or cried so tenderly...... the human spirit is awesome, creative, brave, especially when we are 5 or ten years of age..... wow smiling is very precious in this NOW, love love Louij .........Ian you are deeply loved.

nothing new to report ~ brain scan wasn't done ~ they're moving the feeding tube from the mouth to the stomach as it will be less stressful than having tubes in the throat ~ he's still stable and holding his own ~ stay strong, Ian ~ we love you very much ...

ok so Ian had 2 procedures done. one for the trach and one for a feeding tube directly into his stomach. this will free him up and I hear he seems more restful now that he's not gagging on tubes down his throat. they have also lessened his meds again so that he's not so "snowy." today he had his brain scan. results should be in around one or so. the dr. is pleased with Ian, but he's not out of the woods. I will keep you up to date. love ya's

Ian opened his eyes today but they weren't really focusing so his father drew very near to and he gave Frank a crooked smile for about 15 seconds. They are now able to read to him, talk to him and touch him.
Thanks so very much for all your prayers and well wishes.
