Thank you for that Gopal. Yes, Enigma's nonduality includes unity of mind, and it was informative and inspiring to read along with him expressing that. As I know you know, he dispelled my confusion about free will pretty early on in my conscious seeking days. As we say a prayer or simply meditate, and we bear Phil in mind, Sharon's image of the shimmering white light conveys a sense of remote connection. I recall Phil writing about practicing remote healing. We should allow ourselves to be generous here. The first thing that came to my mind was that. He did that to other people, but we don't know how to do. Do you know how to do that? Whether one has realized Oneness, believes/intuits It to be true or not, or simply doesn't care, it's one's clarity of intention that can be 'enough'. To simply care within the depths of awareness (sometimes) hidden in the Heart, and notice the deeper layer that can be revealed in Itself, the Oneness, is the spark that was intended in every interaction E ever had on the board. It was only ever mind that protested, but that was all out front. If one thinks they prefer techniques for guidance, I'm sure there are How To vids/websites available, but I suspect there a more than a few on the board who have their adapted versions. Bring'em. I go into my own modes of healing, but I do not have worldly time to explain the nuances at present. In the cognizant depths of the ocean, there are subtle currents... go there.

I'm so sorry, E. Your energy always felt heartening even when disagreeing. It felt like your motive was always from a loving place. I truly miss you and wish you a full recovery. Hang in there and come back to say "hello" some time.

Not in any formal, practiced way, no. But remote connections happen. I remember a few times waking up with a start when andy really really wanted argue! That's just one example. If you meditate deeply enough the states of consciousness described by astral traveler's start to make sense, not that I've ever traveled in an astral plane, at least, not to my knowledge, and not deliberately. That's why I mentioned Sharon's gif. That point of light is something that can appear in your perception if you meditate with your eyes closed for long enough and with enough intensity, and I've experimented: the source of the "light" isn't "externally physical" (not to say there isn't some medical explanation for it). Also, it's common knowledge: "the power of prayer". And you can feel that when you're in a large group of people with a common focus. Any type of focus like, say a music concert, for example. Or a Christian Mass. Prayer is the same as meditation except that certain meditations can be done without a point of focus, and in prayer people are usually asking for something and sometimes expressing contrition - which most people don't associate with meditation. But the altered states of consciousness share a common root. The words of the prayer are a point of focus. The Hail Mary, for example. It's like a "cheat" to achieve a given state of consciousness . I was thinking of looking up other Catholic prayers for healing. Maybe the guys who do the Olas know some Hindu chants/rituals. I don't know much about it, but some sects of Protestant Christians have some very active "laying on of hands" rituals. Some of the more secularized Christian sects seem to me to have severed/lost any type of tie to anything like this, but that's not based on first hand experience. From mostly common knowledge (I'm at best, a dabbler, but not even that) the American/European "new age" cultures that get into this are generally fusions of science/secular and Eastern (primarily Buddhist or Hindu), some with heavy Christian influence, and sometimes those influences are not consciously held and/or acknowledged.

Joel Goldsmith started in a different tradition, then developed his own healing methods, that's not the best way to put it. Back in the day, I read numerous of his books, at least 15+. He used an older language, but basically he would go within, have the person in mind, make a conscious contact with ~"God"~. And a sense of knowing would come. I'll try to find a healing-link. Listened to in full. If I recall correctly, he started out in Christian Science, he calls the healing, treatments. You can start at minute eight (minutes 1-8 are a kind of introduction), he starts the 4 points there, all 4 necessary for healing. You will see that what he is talking about, is of course, nonduality. So, basically, ~you~ are not healing a ~person~. But it's worth the 20-28 minutes. I would add the picture of the earlier link, visualize Enigma-Phil. I would suggest we could do it on the hour, every hour, just take a minute.

From memory, he 'demonstrated' numerous healings, I would say thousands. And, after you quoted, I added we could all try it on the hour every hour, just a minute.

The thought had occurred to suggest some sort of group organization, like a pre-agreed upon time to practice whatever practice anyone would like to try, at the same time.

From Marie today (publicly shared on FB) ''Phil will be released to intermittent hospice on Sunday because he is too weak to come home. I am not giving up on Phil --- we will have privacy at the hospice in his room and will use our time wisely. From quality time together to healing. 🙏🏻 💖 I may not be able to do what I originally wanted, Ozone therapy, which requires trips to an ND clinic. I made friends with the doctor who was waiting for him to start treating him with Ozone therapy and natural approaches for cancer because he is not receiving any form of treatment from his oncologist due to his late-stage condition. Still, there are other options with energy medicine and remedies to strengthen and assist him, and I will use the donations to pay for the products and services. He told me today that he believes he will heal, and it starts with LOVE. It's a relief he has the will to live because he lost it for a while, which distressed me. Whatever happens or not, at least we had the will to try. Thank you to all who donated to help and sent your energy, prayers, and positive thoughts. You are all a reflection of what is right in the world. To those who have commented about Phil and his buddies at the Spiritual Teachers Forum, I thank you for loving him and for your kindness. I read your FB messages to him, and he was as deeply touched as I am. 💞'' May we all remember to send energy his way as best we can from time to tim. Visualizing, with quiescent body/mind, in whatever way possible, for his strength and sense of being. He should know that yes, he is very very much loved. sounds good, yeah, when he pops into my mind 'randomly', I take a moment with that.

He did that to other people, but we don't know how to do. Do you know how to do that? There's lots of ways and everyone is a bit different. For some it is a prayer, for some a visualization, for some a feeling. Jenn used to do a lot of remote healing, and she would talk with another individual's deeper levels of mind, it would be a conversation, and a negotiation, often for about an hour. There's no wrong ways. A minute can be as good as an hour. In the end, it's just....love (or Love). I'd say, simply....when a thought of him arises to you, take a gentle neutral moment to either see, feel, or hear him in a state of health and wellbeing. We don't know how this will unfold, but we know that he has appreciated the expressions of affection, and as Marie said, it certainly seems a positive thing that his 'will' has shifted.

Been backwards and forwards a couple of times in my mind today about suggesting this, so I'll just say it. Gopal, might be worth considering adjusting the title of the thread to something a bit more life affirming, or something more aligned to Phil's character? Could do one like....'Enigma: Healing in Love.'' Or he'd probably appreciate a touch of humor, so could be like....''Enigma: Standing/leaping in support with our favorite frog''. I'm rubbish at thread titles, there's plenty of clever words people here (Laffy) that could come up with a good one. But you get what I mean...words that lean towards positive potentials. If you'd rather not change it, no probs at all, you began the thread, so I respect your choice.
