Phil has always been one of life's unusual characters, and so there are potentials of hope. I loved what sN said to you. Marie is planning on treating him at home soon, and I am sure she has done a lot of research on that. Like you, Phil has been a significant part of my life. Intellectually, I didn't see eye to eye with him much, but I have deep appreciation for the energy shared between us, both on this forum and the one previously that I met him. I have arranged for him to receive qi gong healing for a month, it is my way of honoring the relationship. Having spoken with Marie briefly, I am sure she is very grateful for the generous donations from folks here. So let us stay positive and open in our hearts and minds for them. Good to hear that. |

Does anyone have any of E's contact info? If so, ask him if it's OK to pass it on to me. I've always had respect for him and his contributions, regardless of how people misunderstood his interests and intents in promoting honesty, willingness, and unlearning/de-conditioning. Granted, his style/approach obviously wasn't for everyone. Agreed. I was sorry to hear this and I appreciate Gopal making us aware of this. You are very quick to help people. I see you through your heart. |

Thanks for updating us, Gopal! It makes me a bit sad to see one of my all-time favorite playmates on these forums in that condition. But going forward, I don’t think there is reason to worry, Gopal.
First of all, it is not helpful to anyone involved. Secondly, that’s not what Enigma/Phil taught us or how he wants us to look at his situation. I'm pretty sure of that. He knows very well what is real and what is false. He knows that we all came here to watch a movie. And so he also knows very well that there will come a time, for all of us, when we just get up and walk out of that movie theater again. No doubt, Enigma/Phil had a big influence on many of us. Some actually owe their own awakening to his influence. Over the years, he has shaped content, direction and style on this forum significantly. In fact, he was one of the founding members of ‘the club’... without Enigma’s influence, this forum probably wouldn’t be predominantly a non-duality forum today. He’s been literally part of the ST furniture and always will be. And while he may have rubbed a lot of members the wrong way, always testing the limits with moderators, I never really sensed any maliciousness in what he did. There was always an underlying kindness, a deep sense of caring beneath his tough love approach. He also always managed to slip in a real gem of a post now and then in the midst of the most intense food fights, while fighting against the densest walls of ignorance that were humanly even possible. So from my end, I have nothing but appreciation for having had the chance to get to know and interact with Enigma/Phil. As Abe used to say, relationships are forever. I will always remember his playful attitude, quirky sense of humor and especially his awesome command of the English language.
Bee well, my friend, in whatever shape of form you choose to be.
Andrew, be so nice and pass this on to Enigma/Phil for me.

''Phil will be released to intermittent hospice on Sunday because he is too weak to come home.
I am not giving up on Phil --- we will have privacy at the hospice in his room and will use our time wisely. From quality time together to healing. 🙏🏻 💖
I may not be able to do what I originally wanted, Ozone therapy, which requires trips to an ND clinic. I made friends with the doctor who was waiting for him to start treating him with Ozone therapy and natural approaches for cancer because he is not receiving any form of treatment from his oncologist due to his late-stage condition.
Still, there are other options with energy medicine and remedies to strengthen and assist him, and I will use the donations to pay for the products and services.
He told me today that he believes he will heal, and it starts with LOVE. It's a relief he has the will to live because he lost it for a while, which distressed me. Whatever happens or not, at least we had the will to try.
Thank you to all who donated to help and sent your energy, prayers, and positive thoughts. You are all a reflection of what is right in the world.

This revelation was truly eye-opening for me. While many people in this forum are already aware of this truth, it was a new perspective for me. |
