It's a form of mental conditioning in convincing the mind body don't exist. But the mind and body are one being. You can't convince the mind that the body doesn't exist. You can make the mind your friend and tell it the body don't exist and it will obey and agree. Krsna says " A man must elevate himself by his own mind, not degrade himself. The mind is the friend of the conditioned soul, and his enemy as well." (Bhagavad-gita 6.5)

The body is something you are aware of in the same way that you are aware of everything else, but it can't be said to exist in the same way that You exist. The world is appearing to what you are, including the body. I agree the body is not a mechanism in which Consciousness forms. Rather, the body forms in Consciousness. What keeps it working is...Consciousness. I dunno about big spirit souls, but what I call Consciousness is what You are. It's always simpler that you think it is. The newborn does not know he's still an infant only Consciousness does. When we grow older we are not aware we are still a boy unless an adult tells we are still a boy..Changes in the body occur because of sex hormones the body being primed for reproduction so it can produce a child in the womb of a mature female body. There are even people who say women have the mentality of 12 year olds. But Consciousness is beyond age grouping. Sometimes it behaves like an 80 year old or a 5 year old. For example, Krsna's body appeared just like a 16 year old boy but he was already 125 years old. Okay if Consciousness is the totality of Being we call awareness why do Vaisnava masters incalcate into the minds of their disciples Krsna consciousness? Does it mean to say it's not enough to be Conscious? That one's Consciousness should be dovetailed to Krsna? What you said is "Sometimes we forget we have a body". We're not talking about not knowing what a particular form is called by others. The infant is very much aware of ongoing bodily sensations and responds to them spontaneously. 'Krishna consciousness' is a story. I assume it has a bridging purpose of some kind, but brindges are meant to carry us from one place to another and then be left behind on the road.

If you tell me the truth then you are a friend. But how will I know you are telling me the truth when you're not physically present before me to show me that?

So your mind that is both friend and foe, wants other people to have bodies yet they remain bodiless. Good luck with all that. Sincerely. I'm a Physician by profession. I treat 15-20 bodies per day from Monday to Saturday. It takes 10 minutes to treat one body with a disease There are infant bodies, children bodies, pubertal bodies, adult bodies and old bodies at my disposal examining each one of them according to what are being complained. Arriving at a diagnosis prescribe the appropriate medications for them. Praying to God ultimately the medicines taken works. 🙏🙏🙏

You need bodies that are ill to make your living and your father is now ill. The people that visit you believe in you. You want to start respecting that. My Physician father died at 88 on January 6,2018. The people believe me I could heal their sick bodies because I have a license.I doubt people believe me if I did not possess one.

That is a great age to die at. A cool date as well, 12 days after Christmas and Epiphany in the Christian calendar. Did God give you the licence to give people medicine? You can't buy medicine if you don't have a prescription from the doctor who has the license to prescribe medicines. The license is earned by finishing a bachelor in science course, a proper medicine course, post graduate medical course, rural health service and passing the board exam for physicians. So where's God in all these? God gave me the direction, stamina and strength to finish the course.

People come to my clinic because they want to be prescribe medicines to alleviate their discomfort or illness. If they are God sent. I don't know.

How do you know that God gave you the strength to get your licence? Jaspa (Bakk ) dear, My mother Julie prayed to the Holy Child of Cebu that we survive the ordeal when I was yet in her womb, that she will enrol me at the Colegio del Sto Nino. When I grew big she will let me study in the medical school and become a doctor. The following day in the hospital my mother's profuse vaginal bleeding stopped. I was yet then a premature baby. True to her promise she sent me to the school where the Holy Child of Cebu is named after from kindergarten to high school. Then she enrolled me in Velez College and took Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. In my proper years in medicine she enrolled me at the Gullas College of Medicine batch 1983. A dream come true my mother promised to God.

I owe it to God my being a doctor. It was God who prodded my mother I become a doctor after she promised to God. The condition if she does God would stop my mother's profuse vaginal bleeding so we would survive. This is how she prayed while saying a novena to the Holy Child of Cebu, " Dear Sr Sto Nino. I don't want my child to die because I am scheduled for surgery tomorrow. If its possible, I want us both to live. I promise you if you do, I will enrol this child in your school and when he grows big I will enrol him in the medical school to become a doctor." To her Obstetrician's surprise when she made the rounds the next day my mother's bleeding stopped

If you were interested you could probably answer the question in less than five minutes, maybe two minutes. But it seems you are not. No problem.

Do update me when it's done.
