If you had to summarize your spiritual practice in one sentence, if you had to give your "elevator pitch" for spirituality so to speak, what would you say? "Rest in the knowing of your experience" is a phrase that I wrote down one day while sitting in the park, and it's so incredibly unoriginal I wouldn't dare claim any ownership of the idea, but it has served as a great practice for me. ("Practice" for me meaning not a process that produces some future enlightenment, but rather a stepping into that enlightenment and allowing conditioning to dissolve there.) Nice to be with all of you here! Know Thyself.

I no longer think of it as a practice, but silent awareness was a primary purposeful activity for many years.
