"Rest in the knowing of your experience" is a phrase that I wrote down one day while sitting in the park, and it's so incredibly unoriginal I wouldn't dare claim any ownership of the idea, but it has served as a great practice for me. ("Practice" for me meaning not a process that produces some future enlightenment, but rather a stepping into that enlightenment and allowing conditioning to dissolve there.)
