Some of you do not seem to see that this Work is about awakening from sleep, and this sleep we are trying to wake from is a very powerful form of hypnosis. Imagination plays a great part in it. One of the chief things that keeps us asleep is the imagination. Imaginary 'I' is a center of evil in that respect. We are all going about thinking we have Real I. We have not. That is why what we think we have is called Imaginary 'I'. Imaginary 'I' is very powerful hypnosis. You understand that you have not got an I but many different 'I's.
