I guess the mind blowing audiovisuals above went unnoticed, but I was jaw dropped by the end of it, and that was objectively incredible to behold! Anyway, it's on my playlist, which is something to look forward to.
I have something else. Sleep Token is a band I'm intrigued by. It's somthing too subtle to detect, but it is there, and I think this music video (below) captures something about that.
The first part of the audiovisual experience is a story of unrequited love told lyrically in audio, which transforms in the second part to being told dramatically in the video. The sublime part is, to understand the story you have to notice that a girl is wearing a white ribbon - that's the understatement that unlocks the whole thing. The questions is, what is he killing with the sword... Subtitles on. It's pretty tense. Follow the white ribbon.
Strangely, the first video, which was profane, blasphemous and ultra-violent wasn't age restricted, and the second video, which was beautiful, loving and sans burning bodies and gore was.
Anyhoo, I discovered a new band I'm exploring, which I'd define as metalcore at the risk of insulting them, and iwrestledabearonce are simply outstanding - and their best stuff is performed live

The lead singer of iwrestledabearonce, Krysta Cameron, dropped out of the band to have a baby, but never returned to the group. She had the baby and came back in a new group called Empyrean Lights. I listened to a few of their tracks but they didn't strike me with with awe.
I'm not sure of the progression but Courtney LaPlante, apparently also of iwrestledabearonce fame, at some stage broke off that band and pioneered a new project called Spirit Box with her husband, and some former iwrestledabearonce instrumentalists. I was just following the breadcrumbs to see how the metal hardened - and Spirit Box is a real BANGER!
Anyway, I don't hate Ed Sheeran. He's too nice. But Spirit Box sure is something. You can really hate a band like that.
I'm pretty sure this their most recent music video:

Another Aussie Tribute
Tasmanian, Kim Dracula, dropped a music vid featuring KoЯn frontman, Jonathan Davis. Kim Dracula is an off beat artist with a face for theatrics and an incredible range of outstanding vocal skills that are utilised with such affect that they still seem understated. The song title "70 Thorns" has nothing much to do with the song, but it reminds of the crown of thorns, which actually had 72 thorns, but close enough (you'll see what I mean in the video). IOW, It Rocks.

For that certain someone you might know, or know of, it's not your job to judge, each gets their due, in due course, at their own hand.
