“There are three essential steps in the spiritual path: the first is to notice that one is not a body or a mind, but rather the Awareness in which these appear, and with which they are known; the second is to explore the nature of Awareness and discover that it doesn’t share the destiny or the limits of the body and mind -– that is, to discover its eternal, infinite nature; and the third is to live a life that is consistent with this understanding.” Rupert Spira

Yes, it does. We're having a discussion on the same page in a mind-based conceptions of some dimension. I'm pointing to the non-dual, but you are stating that you are not Source and, therefore, duality is fundamental. The chasm between the mind's conception of wholeness and Wholeness is what can actually be healed. Meanwhile, the divisiveness of the mind, given the reins, often competes with itself, becomes more splintered, and causes all forms of perceivable delusions and 'problems'. Whereas, TRUTH puts mind in its place, and clarity emerges. The world's 'problems' are seen as qualitatively indicative of varying degrees of unconsciousness. There's nothing wrong with trying to make the world a better place, nor of feeding the body and minimizing physical violence. Do you think that minimizing/ending one's own suffering and/or healing the chasm would lead to less hunger, violence, and other 'worldly problems'? Again, don't let the hope of a better tomorrow leave you in chains today. bingo x 1000 what, no cherry? What a gyp! .. guess we'll just have to settle for peaches instead ...

Absolutely! All that words can do is offer admonitions that will aid in finding the truth. My book can be summed up as, "Stop thinking and look," or "Shift attention away from thoughts to 'what is.'" You are actually denying the obvious and that's why obvious goes unnoticed. Everybody starts their life with an empty slate. And they start to experience the happiness and unhappiness and their mind automatically wants more happiness and would like to avoid the unhappiness, that's obvious to everyone. But what they did not realize here is, they do not know one define other. If you haven't seen such a rollercoaster in your life, then you haven't realized the roller-coaster. It's not easy to notice, If it's easy then everyone must have observed it.

Kate Miller-Heidke is an interesting Aussie artist.
For context, a lot of Aussie boys get tattoos of the Southern Cross, and The Big Day Out is a massive music festival over here, so... relatable song.

I guess the mind blowing audiovisuals above went unnoticed, but I was jaw dropped by the end of it, and that was objectively incredible to behold! Anyway, it's on my playlist, which is something to look forward to.
I have something else. Sleep Token is a band I'm intrigued by. It's somthing too subtle to detect, but it is there, and I think this music video (below) captures something about that.
The first part of the audiovisual experience is a story of unrequited love told lyrically in audio, which transforms in the second part to being told dramatically in the video. The sublime part is, to understand the story you have to notice that a girl is wearing a white ribbon - that's the understatement that unlocks the whole thing. The questions is, what is he killing with the sword... Subtitles on. It's pretty tense. Follow the white ribbon.
