I've found some interesting advice from Tath: What values are worth sticking to?
Honesty, with others, but most importantly with yourself.
Curiosity without attachment.
Be neither fearful nor foolhardy... Be in the middle and careful in all your business, health, professional life, finances, relationships, and personal dealings.
Avoid greed, possessiveness, and jealousy
Cultivate gratitude, well wishing, and generosity of time, effort, assets, and patience where needed
Practice tolerance and forgiveness with everyone and everything in each moment where it is called upon, do not let anger, annoyance, and strong opinions for or against find a lasting foothold in you...the more you attach to, versus forgiving the things that anger or annoy you the less you can forgive yourself and be forgiven for your errors and trespasses...so practice forgiveness and tolerance so that you may be forgiven and tolerated by yourself and others.
Cultivate Compassion
Cultivate the traits that will help you achieve you goals and finish what you start, set the bar low at first if necessary, but always finish what you set out to do. Otherwise just don't set out to do it.
In your dealings with others and yourself, ask more questions, make less statements. |

I rarely see anyone around here trying to be mean, but I've never read any of your posts, esponja, that sounded remotely mean. Thanks Kate, I lost my 'karma' so then worried people were getting offended...there goes mind again! It's kind of inevitable to offend someone on a forum like this. And it is usually a good thing. |

Yeah and doesn't the whole relationship with learning imply that one needs to not know, before one can learn something? Else, all that's happening is, what one thought they knew, is being confirmed? |

I have violated no Terms of Use...but you will be violating the standard operating precedures of this site in what amounts to a personal vendetta of some kind
the option exists to modify or delete posts on this site...all posts are made with that option available....my attorneys will have a field day with you going back and changing the SOP and TOU.
but, if your feeling froggy....it wont cost me a dime to have the team of attorneys that work for me fight this one out in courst of the next five years.
