Tat, your assumptions, judgments and belligerent attitude towards anyone who challenges you are all too familiar to me and from my perspective you're seriously outclassed by the good folks on this forum. You have lots to contribute and I find myself wishing you would do that instead of trying to establish yourself as top dog by chewing on your imagined competitors. I have no interest in debating you or defending myself. I've said nothing about being enlightened or pennies dropping or being effortless or advanced nor have I positioned myself anywhere in relation to Acewall or you or anyone. My resonance with creepy was aimed solely at your doting over Acewall, who honestly I don't think knows what to make of you. I see myself as quite well balanced between mind and heart, and as much as I love Rumi, I don't see him as the pure of heart second coming. I'm pretty sure that's your own delusion.
I'm perfectly happy with folks here seeing me as some yokel who might have something interesting to say now and then so that at least I'm not here jabbering to myself, so if you want the 'most enlightened' award, you're welcome to it. I'm not in the competition and you don't have to put me in my place or show me how ignorant i am. However, I'm also not asking for your help cause I seem to find that pretty annoying. Hehe.

BTW, I don't know that anyone involved in this thread actually knows what 'pure of heart' means, but if I had to place a vote, it would be for Charlie. The man has a good heart because it has been broken open, and that seems to be how it goes.

What is it that we are voting for or against?

Yes I'm obviously way off. Sarcasm monkey! Back in your cage!! Hey...! no, not at all. I am playful. Perhaps you have mistaken my posts? How long have you been feeling inclined to handle-me in this manner? I would like to understand *what mis-understanding* i had that provoked this barrage of a post from you, in your one handed, slapping manner. 'I wanna know' what I am accused of by the Thought Police here that alert each-other by phone or emails, so that *if* i've stepped outa line at anytime, I can take two-steps back again, return into my Cage as you put it!with care an attention

why wash the hands?...is there someplace for the virus to settle? It's not the hands that need washing. There's a beautiful lesson going on here in the absence of any teacher. It's about the difference between the heart and the mind. One sees their brother, the other see's it's creepy, virusy, separate self, hidden away in humor and sarcasm. One is the light, while the other hides in the darkness. Heaven and Hell Who needs a teacher when there's Life? Peace we can sort this out as we are all 'alive'.

Just posted this elsewhere earlier: Jed says it well with the "spiritual circus". Every bit of it is an attempt to avoid the obvious. As they say, every step on the path is a step away because you're already here, you're already what you're looking for and what is looking for it. Obviously, you're not at the other end of a path or a practice, so what in blazes is going on? Why isn't everybody stopping right where they are, in utter confusion as to what to do next? Wouldn't this be the only appropriate response? The utter simplicity of you being here, now is unavoidable. How could you ever escape you? The absurdity of any sort of movement designed to reveal such obviousness is also obvious. If somebody doesn't want to notice the obvious, how far down the path does he have to travel before he DOES want to notice it, and is something on the path going to cause him to want that, or is the path just something else used to avoid the obvious? Has anybody noticed the absurdity of trying to find yourself? Aren't you the one looking? How could you be hiding from yourself while looking at the same time? You won't ever be able to spot yourself 'out there' somewhere cause you're right here looking for yourself. Hehe.

I think some may think that acewall and tat have formed an alliance against the others. I don't think that, but I do think that tat has his eyes on acewall as a potential new pupil. Also, tat seems to think that the other members of the board don't appreciate acewall. I highly doubt that. Ace is ace. Haven't met too many others with the same positivity and enthusiasm. Ace is ace in my book

You disturbed me with your opening number, as I had nothing to react from Neither poet i knew. Thanks for that.

Ace is ace in my book Me, new pupil? YES! He explained to me the meaning of a buddhist word, that of his Name. As I see things but dont have names to call-them for tathagata I am grateful. I dont mind being taught that which I need to learn. This keeps me small and sensitive, almost like being humble. Thanks ivory.

Thought police, phone calls and emails? Is that pure of heart or paranoia? I sensed Tat roping you into something here that you weren't going to like, but please don't think that folks here are turning on you. The whole thing is bit odd, is all, and OHC just offered a perspective on that oddity. If you don't see any oddity, then just consider this another perspective. It's fine.
