What if my existential question is what numbers will win the lottery jackpot next week? Oddly enough, your question is not as silly as might be imagined. yeah it sounds so koan-ish i imagined his trying to zen you. but still its probably more of silly question than an existential one

It was a honest to God question. So is it possible to find out what the numbers will be? Too much reasoning... What reasoning? I just asked a question, nothing more.

What reasoning? I just asked a question, nothing more. The same reasoning that holds the attention on "What reasoning? I just asked a question, nothing more"...

What reasoning? I just asked a question, nothing more. For some reason he's injecting the words "reasoning" and "perceptions" into just about every post he makes.

What if my existential question is what numbers will win the lottery jackpot next week? That's the problem, there is no next week, there is only now and when next week does come, it will still be now...

It was a honest to God question. So is it possible to find out what the numbers will be? not even wolfram alpha knows, you're gonna need divine intervention perhaps Mark 11:22-25 New International Version (NIV) 22 “Have faith in God,” Jesus answered. 23 “Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in the heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. 24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. 25 And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.”

Don't worry about him, he can't help himself...neither can I... help himself /you/me/us from? We aren't doers... So whatever happens whether painful, orgasmic, happy, sad, or joking is what's happening... we aren't doing it... We are not the doing of the world, we are the perceiving of the doing of the world... Our attention is trapped in the doing of a doer and we rarely escape from that...

when the "I" is irresponsible the idiot is known. Without the idiot supporting the I we have no legs to stand on.
