I wanted to mention that the letting go of the attachments to these thoughts has been like a process for me. And it seemed often if not most the time that I was "blowing it". But having these thoughts/feelings come up simultaneously with a feeling of "blowing it" or not wanting these feelings already indicates some space between me and the thoughts.
It hurts. It hurt going in. It'll hurt going out. But when seen clearly, no harm was done at all that I can tell.
