Hi Dave and everyOne!

I'm new to the forum although I've been lurking a bit. Don't know much about Gopi Krishna other than that my Guru didn't found his material helpful during her 30 years journey in a kundalini awakening.

If it is kundalini you want to know more about you might find her website interesting. guruswamig.com/ She has led several people to completion with the kundalini process, completion meaning self realization.

Accordingly to Guru-G kundalini is simply consciousness that turns in on it self. Stirs the mud so you can see all of your debris and let it go. From what I've seen following this path it can also manifest in many different ways for different persons. Some have lots o phenomena, seeing lights, kriyas, it's when the body moves and/or chants on it's own, loss off body consciousness and so on. For me it's more felt like a electrical current moving through the body, when it's strong drawing me inwards. We are always told to not pay attention to the phenomena but to trust the energy and let what needs to come come while focusing on our practices.
