hello again everyone- i've been clearing debris from my path. and i came across a quote from one of my often read authors that said that the path to truth is not about becoming truth but has more to do with unbecoming false. i know that i have read this before but it struck a resonant chord within me at the right moment. it allowed me to see where my effort toward find the best technique was me gathering more "stuff" instead of lightening my already heavy load. i found it very useful. hope everyone is doing well robert

Hi Robert!
Yes I found that along the way as well. The path of negation seems to work.

when you are talking about the subject of non duality, you are always talking about something that is difficult to speak about, a truth which essentially cannot be told; a plunge into the mystery.

Just because it's difficult to speak about non duality doesn't stop most of us. LOL. We use words to point to something beyond words and we also enjoy comparing notes about our experiences along the way.

Most of us understand that, but what have your experiences been? How did you come to realize that you are no-one? If someone asked you, "Who are you, really?" how would you respond?
