Okay. I avoided watching another movie on the Holocaust because I do not enjoy them. Should I avoid things like that because of feelings or is it all about taking on the most reviled part of humanity and accepting it.
I saw one person put beautiful pictures up and also holocaust pics and starving children. I understand the whole thing is it but boy does that challenge me. Maybe thats what I need to watch more of to accept as part of this. I know there is no one to accept this but boy does it cause reactions in the body and mind.

I suggest that man's inhumanity to man will never become something else, no matter how many times you are exposed to it or how closely it is examined and analyzed, though it is possible to desensitize yourself, which I suspect is not your wish.
Acceptance requires that it be transcended, and for this, the problem is not a lack of familiarity with it, but rather an excess of information which is believed into existence. IOW, the problem is that we already 'know' too much, and this false knowledge I refer to as ignorance. As such, learning more about the dreamside perspective of the holocaust can only increase ignorance, and cannot decrease it.
Acceptance takes place in an 'outer shell' in which the entire scenario is encased. Ignorance cannot be understood. To understand, one must look with better eyes. Truth cannot be seen by mind, but it's reflection in the mirror of mind is clean, empty, devoid of ignorance.
The truth is, nothing has gone wrong, and your compassion testifies to that. A rumbling earthquake in the heart of humanity has been triggered. Can you say this is not as it should be?

Thanks Enigma,
That was a good refocusing. This morning your words were clear. Last night there was just such repulsion from a movie.
Its all part of the dream. It all happens what we perceive as a long time when when compared to the universe it is in no time. A million years is nothing.
On another note, I read Victor Frankyl "Man's Search for Meaning" and he writes throughout the book at those that found meaning in that experience. This quote always was so powerful emotionally.
"We who lived in concentration camps can remember the men who walked through the huts comforting others, giving away their last piece of bread. They may have been few in number, but they offer sufficient proof that everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way."

A lot of us follow diets (as in we try to eat healthy foods), so that our bodies can be as healthy as we can make them. Not all of us succeed, and some do fail. And every so often that wonderful piece of chocolate is a nice treat.
Along that thought-line we can consider a mental diet as well. Watching or reading about crime and "evil" acts can be bad when done to excess, and focusing on that witch is more "healthy" for our mental life is a good thing. However, that does not mean that we forget that people do "evil" acts.

It depends on what is right for you. If your desire to move forward is genuine, and you are doing your best to allow Life to guide you, you will surely be given the next thing. We always are in my experience. Okay. I avoided watching another movie on the Holocaust because I do not enjoy them. Should I avoid things like that because of feelings or is it all about taking on the most reviled part of humanity and accepting it.
