Greetings! Found my way here by "accident", but am happy to share! I've been enjoying this man's perspective immensely, though he would never present himself as a "teacher", but rather someone urging us to move into our own Presence (which, after all, is the function of a guru/teacher, is it not?). A bit about me: I've studied and lived a bit of everything, but have gleaned more from the the "who" of the I through kriya yoga/kundalini practices. This has been my base of exploration... Jonathan speaks a language to me, that is real, timeless, yet fresh with the New. The new presence that is our earth, our world. I hope this doesn't sound as though I am "promoting" anyone, as I saw that this is not the aim of this forum... If you'd like to explore his site/thoughts, his website is www.jonathanevatt.comHe has a book titled, "Peace, Power, and Presence". I'd love to hear what you think, and look forward to spending more time getting acquainted with the boards.

Hi "gyla". Thanks for the vote of confidence. A few times a year I do a google search for my name, just to see what pops up, to see if anyone has republished my articles without requesting to, and so on. Today that search included a link to this forum, on the first page of 20 results or so. Amazing.
I am interested to read that in your own journey you feel you have gleaned the most from kriya yoga and kundalini yoga. Both have been (and are) a significant aspect of the path I live. I don't think these approaches are suited to everyone, but great movers and shakers (of energy and consciousness) when they are.
I shall now check out spiritualteachers.org to see what it is.
Well, I've got a bunch of other new "Jonathan Evatt" related links to check out... so over and out from me.
Aroha nui,
Jonathan
