When I cooked in the restaurant we used to clarify butter, heated to just before boiling, the impurities in the butter would rise to the top of the pan in a kind of foam, then we would scrape it off and discard it..........This reading today feels just like this process to me....Yes that me in the pan, heating up! This just hit me between the eyes.....todays morning reading;
