Hi Shawn.
Recently I read a book thay has a feeling somewhat akin to "the seven who were hanged", but different. It's "the death of Ivan Illich" by Tolstoi, a short novel (about 85 pages).
It's the story of a man who always cared of living a "pleasant" life, which is shown to ve a frivolous life, and someday he gets a terminal illness and starts thinking about his life and what is really valuable, and then he dies but when he dies he changed. He was a man that lived as if he was not going to die, evading the idea of death, untill the sickness makes him face it. Maybe you like it to add to the books page.
