All souls and spiritual masters who incarnate express Divinity to varying degrees. Some of this is by the individuals choice and some of this is the result of the Creator's will. However, in order to even live in physical form, an advanced or enlightened soul must accept a certain degree of Maya since the body itself is a result of delusion.
While some Realized beings may live out their life in grander fashion on the stage of global popularity, many are discreet and live simple lives and make their presence felt through prayer, vibrations or just their qualitative presence felt amongst a few souls ready for greater spiritual growth.
It is incorrect to try to rank the likes of Jesus the Christ, Krishna, Buddha, Babaji, Yogananda, Vivekananda, Deepak Chopra, Eckhert Tolle, Neale Donald Walsch, etc etc. Granted, there are many charlatans & opportunists as well who will play on susceptible persons for their own benefit. One way to determine the level or degree of one's Truth is to see how much they attempt to gain praise or benefit from others and how hard they seem to "sell" themselves for person gain.
Yogananda said it best: "The true devotee is a divine songbird, immersed in the spirit of his song; he has no thought about personal gain or impressing others with his singing. He simply sings for the Divine..."
