My name is Rex and I'm new to this sort of conversation. I've been studying with a Gurdjieff type group for several years. I've also been reading Robert's book, Pouring Concrete, and loving it. Excuse me if I don't seem to know what I am doing in navigating these discussion boards, because I don't, but I want to learn.
