Well he put the name of his website in his profile picture. Haven't seen anyone doing that before. Some people have their website address in their signature, probably in hope to get some traffic. But Roy does engage in a lot of discussion like any other regular member without anything to promote. So in that sense, he's not that different from Sifty. He's one of the few content creators here, so if he gets some traffic back to his website from lively discussions here, why not? Seems like a win-win. So I'd say, in comparison, what Gopal does here from time to time, looks a lot more suspicious in that regard.  |

Agreed. I've enjoyed and gotten a lot from the one step path, in that it's simplicity makes it incredibly difficult for the mind to pick it up and play with it. That is one of the pitfalls in many teachings and I think Roy did a good job in making sure his teaching didn't have that issue.
