Saint Petersburg, FL Nonduality Satsang

I will be starting twice a month satsangs on Sunday mornings in Saint Petersburg, FL (meetings in person)...and I started a Page just for those interested in this - www.facebook.com/StPetersburgSatsang

This is a group for anyone interested in Nonduality and Enlightenment. We'll meet twice a month in St. Petersburg, FL in a private home (Eric's apartment). The meetings will start with a meditation / sitting in stillness. After that silence, we may have a Q&A, discussion, or a short discourse. The meetings will end with another meditation / sitting in silence. This is the loose format we plan to follow.

I started this group because I used to offer satsangs in my home in Minnesota several years ago. After moving to St. Petersburg, FL I have decided to start satsangs again. Satsangs are meetings or association about the Truth (of the Self).

I am a modern-day mystic, house-holder yogi, and lover of what-is. Nonduality and Enlightenment are my favorite topics and I thought it would be fun to start a group within this subject area. I had previously blogged (Engaged Nonduality, which is no longer available), previously produced a podcast on Nonduality and Enlightenment called Out of Our Minds (which is also no longer available), and occasionally publish videos on YouTube (available at www.youtube.com/ericputkonen ).

Related to this topic is being present, the Self, self-inquiry, meditation, beginner's mind (and Zen Buddhism), Ramana Maharshi (my favorite teacher), etc.
