I need help with the money thing. It seems true that money is a requirement for survival. It facilitates the basic requirements of food and water and shelter. You have said that money is there when it is needed. Is that only for the jnani's of the world? I would prefer not to be homeless in this life jed - I have a lot of money saved but not nearly enough that quitting work is an option. I cannot see past this. At all. Can you help me? I will wait by the internet for your response while I try to work at this for myself.

For the record I've already reported tano's post for defamation, for insinuating that because I am a man living in Thailand, that I use prostitutes and exploit young girls. She posted photos of men with young girls and associated that with me. That's unacceptable and I'm waiting to hear your response Peter. You haven't answered my question: have you ever paid a bar fine? HAVE YOU? Why not answer if you are squeakyclean? Because you are not. I am not 'insinuating', I am sure. This is why the whole thing attracted your interest, you usually think yourself too enlightened to discuss mundane affairs. Because of people like you things remain as they are. BTW, it's not true to say that it's only defamation if it's not true. The act of defaming is enough to issue a writ or subpoena and to test the veracity of the defamation in a court of law.

In answer to your question about borrowing and not returning money... yes, I borrowed money from a big bank creadit card and never paid it back, because I was out of work at the time. As for individuals... I hardly ever borrow, and have returned every last penny. Before coming to Cam someone gave me an amount of money to pay for the ticket. I sent that person twice as much from my first salary, as appreciation for their support. I have bank recepts to prove it. |

I don't know who Jed is although I've heard the name and you obviously have background knowledge I don't have. When I read your OP I found it difficult to understand. I didn't pick up that he was supposedly exploiting young girls. The way it's written is not clear. I've re-read it. It still isn't clear to me. I quickly skimmed through it and I picked up generally that he was in turmoil and I answered in terms of acceptance, not to any unacceptable acts, but to the way mind constructs continuous stories and that acceptance is part of the spiritual path. I've used the word acceptance in many posts in that way. I had to guess what was being said and that was followed up by max's post and he had difficulty comprehending it also. Look at what he said. So I was rather taken aback by your question and wondered what it had to do with your first post. Now it seems it all comes down to the word acceptance. I would never condone behaviour which exploits others as being acceptable. |

Why do I need any words from Jed when I happened to be in the same place and observed the 'cuddles'? He would never discuss his lifestyle. Once he learned (I told him) that I saw him.. he became silent. I understand that. He has been protecting his identity for over twenty years (why??), and then some unknown c*nt of a woman comes along, and all falls into her lap. Combined with all I know about Jed, all his comments on the Forum and in emails... It was not hard to figure out the reality of his Self. I will not disclose his physical form. But I want others to be aware that 'enlightenment' does not make one the light. That it is a myth, for which he charges money, in the same way every 'guru' has done. But look at how the money is spent. Jed stated a thousand times: all is entertainment. Yeahhhh.. nah. |
