I am enjoying your website very much. To the point, "keep it simple".
Spirituality has become a modern religion, and within those parameters, there are loads of fake guru's making loads of dosh. Come with me to India and you can see this in full action, open hearted and open mouthed pilgrims wandering around pouring Western Money into the pockets of the ever richer and richer Guru's. What's new? Didn't the Catholics build an entire world empire in the same way... History repeats, so what?
There's a saying "the buyer beware". And for the Guru's, its the biggest temptress ever. You see awakening, unless total (which is rare) falls back into Ego Land sooner rather than later. She's the huge temptress and unless she is totally seen, those big TV shows, flash cars and big ashrams are just too sweet to ignore. Any true "guru" is in poverty, in all ways. He's the bloke you can actually talk to, and not have to book 5 years in advance to see on a stage (watch out Adyashanti, its happening to you too!!!) The true Guru is working in your local, he probably is almost un-known, but as clear as a bell. Find him/her, and you have truth.
A message to all you big shot Guru's reading this. Are you real? Is this truth? Learn a lesson from the true beings in history, Jesus, Buddha etc. Live in the poverty that is bestowed on you, it's the most wonderful gift. Namaste.
