Hi,
I wanted to point out what appears to be a factual error on your page about David Deida.
That page states that "Internet research shows David Deida variously described as a disciple of Adi Da or William Tsiknas who was himself an Adi Da disciple. Not a good pedigree to advertise and it is not mentioned on the official David Deida site."
While it is true that Adi Da is not mentioned on the biographical page to which you link on the site deida.info, on that page, even before any of the biographical information, is the line "TO READ FULL BIOGRAPHY OF DAVID DEIDA CLICK HERE."
That link goes to a page, "adapted from Wikipedia", which does mention Adi Da: "From 1986 to 1988, Deida was a student of the controversial American spiritual teacher Adi Da Samraj, founder of the religious movement Adidam." Perhaps this link was not there when you first put up your reference to the page, but, in any case, it is now, so I just wanted to point that out.
I don't have any particular opinion on Mr. Deida, although I've enjoyed watching some of his videos (I appreciate, e.g., his willingness to make somewhat radical and controversial statements, although I don't always agree with the statements themselves) and have an acquaintance who lives his life by Deida's teachings, or at least his romantic life, and seems to have a very successful and loving relationship. Knowing the partner, however, I suspect that this is most likely simply a case of her having a personality for which the David Deida approach is a good fit!
I was also surprised, given Deida's usually rather laid back and casual style of presentation, to read on the extended bio page how extensive a scientific and technical background he had before getting into the spiritual and relationship "gig". Just an interesting data point that I did not expect!
Thanks for the interesting and informative site.
