I've been getting re-attracted to Ramana Maharshi teachings. Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi www.sriramanamaharshi.org/Has anyone heard of a teacher back in maybe the 1800's? What I can remember about him is that he was a Priest, he was married for years to the same wife but never had intercourse, he would sit for over four hours repeating mama, he wore no clothes. I don't remember what country he lived in. Seems ten to twelve Americans went to visit him and took notes. The only thing I ever read about him was in a book that featured many lives of Enlightened people. I don't remember what this teachers name was but I remember they called him a God-Man. I liked his teachings. Does anyone know about this enlightened person? What is his name? |

Yes, that's him. I didn't realize there was so much about him. I only ready maybe a 50 page commentary. I really like the way he demonstrate how enlightenment doesn't require anything worldly. He's beautiful. |

I feel more certain I'll make it one day. |
