Hello,
I’d like to suggest you check out Leonard Jacobson; an excellent nondual spiritual teacher who has not yet been reviewed on this website. I’ve attended several of Leonard’s workshops and have read his books. What I love most about Leonard’s teachings is his insight into the nature of the ego, including its origins, its formation, its role in our lives (both before and after awakening) and the many ingenious ways it keeps us imprisoned in the mind (in conjunction with our feelings and emotions). Leonard offers specific guidance on how to overcome the resistance of the ego and come into right relationship with it so that it will release you into the present moment once and for all.
