Can anybody explain it's quite confusing? It seems that most non-duality teachers consider it to be the case that since all is One, it's not necessary to differentiate any type of hierarchy, of levels of being or planes of being. I think it's useful, if not necessary. If we work backwards, we can take a point as zero dimensional. If you extend a point you get a line, a line of an infinity of points, one dimension. If you extend a line, you get a plane, two dimensions, an infinity of lines. If you extend a plane, you get an object of three dimensions. But how do you extend, say, a cube? You move it from here to there. What is required for such movement? Time. (Einstein, in his first theory, the Special Theory of Relativity, showed that time and space can be mixed together, so time, in and of itself isn't really the fourth dimension, a technicality). What do you have when you extend time? Eternity is the fifth dimension, an infinite series of "copies" of each instant of time. The fifth dimension is the repetition of what occurred in time. What would the sixth dimension be? At every instant in time there exist possibilities of what can happen, in the past, what could have happened. The sixth dimension is the realm of all possibilities, in the past, what could have happened, in the present, what can happen (do I turn right or left or go straight at the next intersection?, do I run the red-light?) All those possibilities of what could have happened exist in the sixth dimension. What's possible presently exists in a higher dimension. In quantum physics this is (erroneously) known as the theory of many worlds. Some physicists believe that all possibilities are actualized, creating an infinity of alternate universes. In any case, these possibilities are known as the wave function. At each moment of time we have the collapse of the wave function where one possibility is actualized. We could stop here with six dimensions, but quantum physics also gives a hint of another dimension, what's impossible. The seventh dimension would be the realm of what's impossible, World 1, Oneness, the Absolute, Transcendent God, Ein Sof. You need all of these worlds to explain the whole of reality. Now we can answer your question, What power does a spirituality have? We all live under certain influences. While living in a physical body, we can't escape the law of gravity. Each dimension operates under certain laws, the further from World 1 the more laws, the less freedom. Most of us live under the tyranny of ego/personality/mask/false self. The lesser liberation means to be liberated from the tyranny of the tiny little self, this is possible, we can live under fewer laws, finer influences. For me, this is the movement from personality to essence, essence (AKA True Self) being under fewer laws. There is a further movement from True Self to no-self, living under even fewer laws, more freedom. So the power of spirituality is the capacity for freedom, liberation, movement to higher levels of being, inherent and possible as potential. But, ATST, you (theoretically) have all these worlds, all these levels of reality, between 'you' and Oneness. sdp

After a lifetime of engagement with "spirituality", I haven't found any.
I finally stopped looking.
If there is any "power" to it, then it's that I see a lot of people suffering over every little thing....I don't seem to.

Sometimes oatmeal instead ;-) ok, was just making sure we were talking about universal hunger, and not some personal tale of gluttony ;-)
