Need your help

My very spiritual friend need your help. His mission is to seek and share the truth, the help others remember their inner wisdom and to find wholeness. He has been accused and convicted of a thing he didn't do, and sentenced to 10 years in prison. He is a kind, gentle, peace loving man who wouldn't cause harm to anyone or anything. He has chosen to die rather than stay in the "torture chamber" he is currently in ... 4 walls of a small cell with nothing to do, nothing to read, little to no contact with anyone. He will not eat and is drinking only small amounts of water. It's his way of peacefully protesting his situation and of leaving this planet, this universe. He lives by his principles and wants to draw attention to man's inhumanity to man. He wants to draw attention to the changes that need to be made in our society and our world. My heart goes out to him, though if he is "very spiritual" he may like to take the opportunity to go within and seek the truth and forget about the world's "problems" for now.
"Nothing to read and nothing to do". How about sit, close eyes, feel the rise and fall of the abdomen with the breath and let all else fall away. Very simple. Very profound. There is nothing to lose except oneself. All the best.

Plus a whole lot of good can be done in there. There has to be a reason. Regardless of how spiritually awake we are we are still in bodies, while we are in bodies. No worries it will be gone soon enough. While you have it, use it to help others and to learn more yourself.
Besides, there is nothing to protest.
If there is anything true, that is. He knows this already but fear has temporarily taken hold. You can hardly blame him for that.
