Freejoy, the first 10 things I thought to say sounded like Barry White. Yeah, Baby, Love IS an action word.  The 11th is: The expression of Love is action. Love without expression is narcissism. Mortality and Rules are not relevant per se, except that as much as you or I exist, mortality exists. Rules are only required where one has difficulty being externally considerate, or correctly anticipating the consequences of action. It would make more sense if you said that expression flowed FROM being....or....Being for those of us who Talk In Capitals. My tuppence worth. |

Peeps may be not ready for that but the thingy is there is no Love.
We can have some experiences when we think we feel that Love everywhere ( that everything is Love, that God loves us, that the only thing is Love, etc.) I don't say it's bad to think like that, to feel like that, and to have such experiences. It's very good, sure. It helps make our life, ourselves, our vibes, and everything around us much, much better. But is it like this that such experiences show us something that really is? Can it be just something that is given to humans to raise their vibes? to have some Hope that there is Love, so we are loved, so we were able to feel better because of that? Isn't the Universe and therefore God which is the Universe, the Source, etc., - something absolutely indifferent about Love, non-Love, and any other feeling whatsoever? and about humans with their hopes, their low or high vibes and what not?.. Sure, it is disappointing. But true, unfortunately. I think, we are seeking for some truth at this forum, not for the pills that make our vibes higher. Or am I mistaken? we are seeking for such pills to feel better ?
Sure, I know nothing, and never will. Other peeps know much more, and almost everything.
But having learnt that I know nothing, I asked (read) those who not simply have their valid opinion, but have more channels for perception, and therefore more information about the world around us and the Universe. I didn't read the authors many peeps here read and quote (I'd like to, but I don't have their books). It seems to me though that those authors mostly philosophize in a very interesting way, but they have never had any real experiences about which they are talking, and which those who have ESP abilities really had. Those with ESP abilities have more channels for the real, not imaginative experience about the Universe. That's why I trust them more. (Though I respect the authors who have written interesting books, for their ability to create such long texts which can catch the attention of the readers).
So, what those with ESP abilities say about Love? They say that the Universe is indifferent to us, and doesn't care if we exist or not, to say nothing of loving us. The feeling of "Love from God" is created as a result of some psychic techniques, or is created spontaneously under certain circumstances, as for ex., NDE, when the dying body comes back to life and experiences a euphoria because of that.
Sure, the ideas about the Universal Love are necessary , and are useful and helpful. On some stage of human's development. On their next stage humans should be able to remain humans, and have their vibes in a good state even without those uplifting, but illusional ideas about the Universal Love, Life after Death, and good God who loves us all so much.
