Let me preface this by saying that this guy is NOT exactly a spiritual teacher. He may be realized, or not, but nonetheless his sh*t is on point. This guy teaches radical honesty. Being radically honest with others, but more importantly, being inwardly honest (but is there really a difference?) A while back I had made a list of all of my fears. I kept it around and updated it as new fears were discovered. IMO, knowing what you fear is only the first step. The second step is opening up to those fears. I found that by being radically honest I'd be opening up to almost ALL of my fears (with the exception of death and heights and maybe a one or two others). Just to get an idea: www.youtube.com/watch?v=A6kSUgvPpyQwww.fastcompany.com/magazine/10/truth.htmlThis one's just for fun: www.esquire.com/features/honesty0707I happened upon this guys audio book online. If anyone else is interested you should be able to find it if you were so inclined.
