steven norquist's aricle on enlightenment

i am new to this site. the first thing i read by chance was steven norquist's article about enlightenment. i am 55 years now. about 20 years ago, i had sudden unexplainable rushes of joy at odd times for no reason whatsoever. after that, i went through something which till today i can't bring myself to call an experience because it wasn't. since then, i have been reading and also searching for other people especially on the net who have gone through something not similar but exactly that which 'happened" to me. when i read steven's words, i know exactly what he means. i do wonder however, how anyone will ever find out if i really know or not. unfortunately, i have not made much effort to personally meet my kindred spirits.

I think the effort you expended was pretty good.
Message boards are scary-things sure,
but by taking a chance as you have done, someone may answer you better than Me.
One of the thing I havnt had enough of is the Happiness like what burst out of you.

But I have experienced bliss and that was sublime.
All things pass.
