Hello Bretheren:
It is my most ardent desire to share my gifts with you today. I AM believing in my heart that my words will echo upon your soul, and inspire you to give back. What do I posess that is truly mine? The answer is nothing, all that I have is what has been given to me by kindred souls. For those of you in search of a more penetrating enlightenment than the Sunday, "love thy neighbor", or the yearly "holiday spirit of capitalistic giving", it is my hope that through the circle of love you will experience true unconditional love.
However, not I but the Spirit, invite you to awaken to the love inside of you. The love that was instilled into you from the day you were born and let this love shine before all men, radiate, and like a contagious epidemic, spread,remenbering always that love is evident by your kind words and Kind words simply spoken with true intent can be short but the echo into the hearts of men can be truly endless.And perhaps in some ways our own imortality!
Meditate upon kindness and love, let love become a priority and at the seat of your every motivation for all that you do, all that you think, and all that you are. Allow love to become one with the very essence of who you are ,body,mind and spirit. and let it become absorbed within you deeply, and on a cellular and metaphysical level, realizing that it never fails. Love will never fail you. How can I be so sure of that? Because God is love. I'm not trying to get preachy on you, and I know that many people cringe when they hear the name God, they feel like some religion is going to jump out and start telling them what to do, and how to do it, and criticize their "way" or beliefs. Relax I am not here to preach, nor to tell you what to think or do. All I can do is share with you that reality is that our universe and everything that exists is a testimony to God being love.
Look at every seascape and the energy it posses, the energy that call our minds away from our hectic world, with it's noise, pollution, distractions and tribulations (the illusion). Listen to the healing song of nature in the land untouched by man and the enchanting sounds of a waterfall, and the sweet fragance of Jasime and Rose petals. The extend to which we live in harmony with our true nature, is the extend to which we are like GOD. These gifts were given for the healing of mankind and many many more were given to us as a testimony of God's love.
Love is a way of life and the extent to which you live your life through love is the extent to which you will enjoy peace and manifest true joy in your life. Love trancends language barriers, and breaks down illusions of social divisions and fictional racial alliances and other "man made" constructions.
Love prevents disease and heals sickness, it is the greatest and most inexpensive form of insurance, it can increase our longivity and teaches us to drive safely so as not to harm one another. Love also tells us that we should never engage in war or fighting
because it goes against the spirit of love acting within us. Love attracts love, gifts, and protection.
In his book, "You Cannot Afford the Luxury of a Negative Thought" by Peter McWilliams, a poll was taken from amongst terminally ill people and the elderly and one of the questions they were asked was, "What is the most important thing to you?" The leading and most consistent issue they were concerned with was whether they were loved. And, whether they gave love. If these questions and responses are an indication of what life is really about, then why wait for love? Why wait until it is either too late or almost too late? Why not love today! Right now in this moment make it your aim to love unconditionally and awaken, build and strengthen the love that is right there inside of you just waiting to be expressed, and to become manifest in your world. Love is today!
In further disscussions, I will share with you gifts given to me, of how you can attain love. All of this can be accomplished and is not difficult but seems to have been kept secret from us by means of crafty illusions. That is, the illusion of profit for example, which, tells us to buy and sell and believe in that doing so paves the road to happiness through money. Sadly, many times love seems to be weighed and measured based upon how much we make, and our ability to buy things for one another. For example, buying a very expensive five carat diamond ring for a loved one must mean that you love them more than if you bought a two carat ring! But, as we just saw, when the day comes that you find yourself on your deathbed, you are probably going to be much less concerned with whether you gave someone a very expensive ring or a cheap one, than if you were loved and loved others. Money, things, possessions are only but illusions and do not last; however, love is real and lasts forever.
Unfortunately, many have sacrificed their humanity at the "altar of profit" and allowed their love for profit or money to develop which in turn has left them emotionally bankrupt. This kind of love is a "pseudo" love or fake kind of love or perhaps, substitution love for feelings of fear and emptiness. Why is that? Because if money and profit is an illusion, then so is a love based upon this illusion.
We know realistically that many will not readily respond to an invitation to the real life, the life governed by love, but be patient and be kind if others respond with hatred by the love that you show. Love them anyway, add kindness and light to their lives. Darkness, or hatred cannot be healed by adding more hatred or darkness. Don't join them, but fill yourself with love and light, and trust that your energy will fill others as well. I believe the beloved poet Maya Angelou once said it best when she said, that when we encounter difficult and mean spirited people, we should try to view them as God's divine teachers, "cleverly disguised as ass-holes"
