As part of my health crusade I carried out a search on youtube for info regarding Reishi mushrooms. It turned out that they can help with ones spiritual journey. Anyways, I happened across Mr Ashtoast and I think he's really cool. He sings, he speaks Spanish, he discusses spirituality etc...
