No not that kind guys! Seriously I just wanted a place to name some food for the soul movies.
I live in South America so down here it is not easy to get much good on the TV so I download everything from the net. Which is really cool as it is free and I get to watch new movies that are screener way before they get released to the public. Ok back to now..

A few days ago I watched a wonderl unusal movie called
Into the Great Silence it took around 4 hours to download but was well worth. Here is a brief description.

"Wings of Desire" is a meditative movie about two angels, one of whom longs to be human to feel and enjoy his senses. The angels life is arid, devoid of emotion and sensory experience, and the movie is shot in black and white. When the one angel gets touches of desire or when seen through a human eye, it switches to color. The movie is in German with English subs. It is considered by some to be a spiritual classic.

My favorite movies in this vein (in no particular order) are:

1. Fight Club

2. American Beauty

3. The Matrix (first one only)

4. The Lord of the Rings Trilogy

These are all astounding understandings of Reality and awesome stories to boot. Not what I would call particularly meditative, but very transformative for me...
