Meditation would create idea of peace, this is not a real peace, this peace need an opposite to experience. Why we need to create something when consciousness is the primary creator? I think the things you say indicate that you have limited understanding of meditation, most likely because you don't practice and thus have little experience, but ironically, you also speak with authority on the subject... this leads me to believe that it would be futile for me to explain meditation fundamentals to you. All right, thanks.

1) One man's crap is another dude's fertilizer. 2) Not everyone is gonna' sit, no, and that's just perfection in motion right there. 1) ew
2) I wonder who in their right mind would consider meditation crap?
3) Oh... there no 3.
I love to ski, some peeps hate the cold. I have a naturally noisy mind, other peeps might not. You've mentioned watching witnessing internal resistance as part of the process, but some peeps are really comfortable in their own skin. Sometimes it's fun to speculate about different strokes fer different folks, but in the end we just gots to lets'em bee whats theys is.

We ARE consciousness creating, you're trying to separate consciousness from that which it is.. Yes correct, this is what I am telling, but creation would lead to the suffering when we do not know the truth. In the case of a meditation practice, the effort to control you mention here is the suffering of the split mind.

Who is telling your meditate? Isn't your thoughts? Funny you should ask that. For most of my life there was a nonstop internal verbal narrative that all of a sudden collapsed one day and never really came back. No, there is no "thought telling me to meditate", and no "who" doing any "telling". It happens, sometimes by habit, mostly not.

I don't need to meditate. It happens. You are joking Laughter I know Well it is very funny yes but it's not because I'm joking -- my answer is completely open and honest and without any guile. It is what you're referring to as "Consciousness" that is the comedian.

I thought you are the best follower of Enigma, but it seems me now that you are the best follower of zendancer, huh?

I've learned alot from both them dudes but I don't follow anyone, butt it's ok really if you don't believe me on either account.
