Well i was thinking of traveling to italy next year but couldnt make up my mind if I wanted to stay for a few days in italy but continue to travel round Europe on a tour, or if I should just stay in italy for a month. I moved house on the weekend and the first box I opened had my books in it. The book on top just happened to be an autobiography of a lady who went to italy to live. Then I got an email from my old italian teacher. And then today, an email from a lady with the last name "Italiano" which was the big bold heading of the email. Clearly my guides are quite eager for me to travel here, but do you think I should stay for the whole time in italy? I am only 21 and have never travelled before

Always best to stay closely aligned to your intuition. Play it as it comes. key word, TRUST.

Hi Holly. What is it about Italy that attracts you? Seeing several signs pointing in the same direction could be an indication of a future path, but only if it feels true and natural to you. I moved to Italy this year from Canada. I can tell you that in my own case, I followed my feelings here and it has so far worked out marvellously. That being said, if you are young and have never traveled before, it may be wise to start off with a shorter trip to see if you enjoy being abroad, and then take the plunge on a longer stay if things go well. Traveling is definitely one way to broaden your perspective on life.
