Thought I'd throw this out there ;-)
I'll preamble by saying that you are already God Union, so this is the path of undoing the appearance of differentiation.
1. Pick any experience or Phenomena (the experience of your own Self is easiest for many people, because when attending a Bowl, or Apple, or a sound etc... one can find that attention keeps shifting back to one's sense of self, so its easier sometimes to go where attention wants to rest and keep it steadfastly there)
2. In an inwardly relaxed way, give it your full and steadfast attention....concentrate your attention on the object of attention, i.e., a bowl, a flower, your sense of self, etc.
3. Keep giving it your steadfast attention until the sense of effort or "doing" falls away into a kind of effortless alert attention, where you are only aware of your own presence and the object of your attention...this is meditation...effortless concentrated attention on one experience....in meditation, the differentiation of witnessing and witness, doer and doing, falls away. Doing merges into the doer and is no more.
4. Steadfastly maintain this meditation until the differentiation of object and witness fall away... This is Samadhi... No self that is differentiated , only the miraculous appearance of phenomena with no witnesser and no differentiation of self, only the appearance of the many "textures" or phenomena of the undifferentiated. This is God Union with the features of God's countenance appearing as a part of an unbroken whole with no separate or identifiable self....the appearance of self merges into the undifferentiated source of appearances, and is no more.
5. Everytime Mind Centeredness returns, repeat One through Four until even the appearance of the "features" of the infinitely undifferentiated merge away, and Samadhi is the constant and effortless state of being...this is God Union absent the appearance of "features" or Phenomena on the unbroken countenance of Consciousness.
Samadhi is a merging into your most essential self, absent the appearance of the differentiation of self in the infinitely undifferentiated.
In some ways, its a remarkably simple path to follow, simply hold your attention somewhere until the illusion of separation and differentiation fall away....every experience is a potential gateway to the divinely unseparated and undifferentiated...but for whatever reasons, not too many people follow these simple instructions handed down through millennia.
I've spent over twenty years studying and using the "methods" or "practices", and the writings and sayings, of all the great lineages and their avatars....and they all boil down to these five things.
Best of luck ;-)
