Greetings.. "Bored" could totally have been my own personal judgment applied to what I saw. I have no idea if he truly was bored. LOL, yeah, i get that.. it is my experience that when Frisbee players get together there is a really enjoyable excitement for exploring the capabilities of the physical vehicle's relationship with natural forces.. Here's some nice Team Play.. Be well.. Nice - that does look like fun. Natural forces: I also got to pondering what role the wind might be playing. I guess this means I suck at ATA, huh? "Can't you just enjoy watching, rather than pondering and postulating and creating metaphors for life?" Ha.

Man #1 is an uninspired[ assumption] Frisbee player.. man #2 is inspired [ assumption]to play, run, get into the experience, he enjoys Life and lives it with gusto,[ massive assumption] and is making it easy for man #1 to appear 'expert', but.. as a former Team Frisbee Player, if you appear bored you're just not into it.. good Frisbee play is an 'art-form'.. Be well.. it sounds like you have a lot of beliefs going on in your post here ;-) how do you know anything true about Man 1 or Man 2? how reliable is our only witness? her attention is currently skewed towards seeing magnetic attractions/synchronicities everywhere she looks, so maybe her reporting is flawed. and then you come along and tell us your beliefs about the story, based solely on that hearsay evidence. Be still .. and know that you can't know know .. as I intend it, means to know the truth of the matter, not speculating, assuming, or guessing even if you were an eyewitness to the event in question .. you still couldn't know the truth of the matter. you might "come close", but you still couldn't know for certain how inspired either man is, or the status of their "gusto for Life".

Likewise you could also not know for certain that man #1 wasn't somehow magnetically attracted the frisbee into his hand each time.....

Cool.. then by your definition i don't 'know'.. i have no use for the general meaning for the word 'truth', it is fixed and stagnant belief.. rather than 'know', i use the word understand, which reflects the capacity for change and revision as what 'is' reveals more of itself.. Be well..

"Can't you just enjoy watching, rather than pondering and postulating and creating metaphors for life?" Ha. Wind is a huge factor, it affects the flight characteristics of the disc dramatically.. the best players can use wind to their advantage, causing the disc to change direction unpredictably, 'faking-out' the defender.. in Frisbee Golf i've seen the most amazing uses of wind/breeze to fly a disc around trees and shrubs with very precise and graceful flight paths.. it's very cool, sensing the environment and resonating your relationship with the environment into a harmony of accomplishment.. Be well..

The one time he had to take a few steps to catch the frisbee, children walked behind him, and he seemed distracted by them. That got me wondering about the magnetic attraction or some other magic going on between him and the frisbee. Was he "bored" or was he in some sort of concentrated trance, willing the frisbee into his hand each time? I'm left wondering if you spent any time just enjoying the beach.
