Andrew, I know it's irritating to have an argument with 3-4 people at once, but Reefs is doing a good job of poking you without crossing a mod boundary. You, however, in your emotional reactions, do cross the mod boundary. If you expect others to behave in the mod section, why not apply that to yourself? Why not hold yourself to a higher standard? Anyone want to take this conversation to the unmoderated section so that we don't have to think about rules? Sure, what's on your mind?

Oh okay. Cool.
I don't want to talk on two threads. Can the whole thread be lifted? Peter?

Andrew, I would like to address with you why you put Reefs down in saying he belongs in the unmoderated section and not in the moderated section. When you said your comment, what was Reefs doing at that time that belonged in the unmoderated section?

Andrew, I would like to address with you why you put Reefs down in saying he belongs in the unmoderated section and not in the moderated section. When you said your comment, what was Reefs doing at that time that belonged in the unmoderated section? IMO Reefs cannot debate without being provocative. Even if he sticks within moderated forum guidelines, there is still provocation. I see provocation as belonging in this section. I state again, that is just my opinion, and I acknowledge that 'provocation' is subjective.

You could always pick a quote you want to open a thread in the unmod section from the mod section, and just call it Part II or something like that.

No, I have no desire to hear such a thing, but for your argument to Reefs that his statement to you that your statement is not beyond question because everything you say might be speculation to be valid you would have to. okay!

Read: "I'm more enlightened than you." This just might be another case of facts being facts - semantics aren't as important.. And it might just be another incidence of brain v. brawn - and brain wins. Hey, don't pull an Oswald! Take yer rifle with ya' on the way out!

You don't have to get irritated in response, you could turn the provocation into playfulness.

Weeellll max ... who's pointing toward conceptual structures and who's pointing away from them? I'm pointing directly away. In this thread I have been pointing to what Niz calls 'Parabrahman' though that's a little too direct a pointer for my tastes so I would say that I am pointing to the positionless position.

Take yer rifle with ya' on the way out! Geez. You guys keep shootin' at each other - and missing. Very frustrating! If you wanted a private conversation, and you 'trust' each other, then take it to pm! You KNOW you have an audience. What do you have against audience participation, anyway?
