I've just experienced a 10 day Vipassana Meditation seminar and found it to be quite beneficial.
One way that it seems helpful is in giving a new, more complete understanding of the 'inner body' that Tolle speaks about and reminds us to maintain constant connection with.
I understand that this same space is what Carse refers to when he tells us to 'Stop. Go back.'
Wei Wu Wei points to it also in Ask the Awakened when he defines the present as spatial rather than temporal.... that is, it is both 'here' and 'now'....
......would enjoy hearing about other perceptions or understandings stemming from Vipassana experiences.
